Big Movie Mouth Off

Two movies this week that couldn't be more diametrically opposed - an indie war film vs. an indie horror film. We're talking about Warfare and Sinners, and we highly recommend you go out and see both of them in theaters as they should be experienced on the big screen.

We're moing along at full speed as we're finally getting to see some stuff ... some we want to see, and some we don't. Take a listen as we discuss A24's return to its horror roots with Death of a Unicorn and also the biggest movie in the world right now, A Minecraft Movie.

They finally showed us some new stuff, and we're excited to talk to you about it! This episode we go from sci-fi to action/comedy, and it might surprise you how we reviewed them based on the pedigree of the filmmakers.

There's been a bit of a slump of new movies coming to theaters, so we thought we would spend a whole episode talking about some of our favorite guilty pleasures from a list of random genres.

I don't know how we did it, but we got Counts to cover two horror movies in one episode! Both of these do feel a bit out of place in January (and not October), and each has its strengths and weaknesses, but we think you might be surprised which one we liked most.

We weren't expecting how all of us would feel about this one, and I don't think any of you will either!
